Take the M4 west towards Carmarthen and Pont Abraham services. At the services take the A48 towards Carmarthen. Take the third exit at the Crosshands roundabout, remaining on the A48 until you reach Carmarthen's first roundabout.

Once there, follow signs for A40 (St Clears). You will see the B&Q DIY warehouse on your left as you leave Lesneven Bridge and get onto the A40. Continue along this dual carriageway for a quarter of a mile and take the first exit signed Johnstown & Llansteffan just under the flyover.

At the T junction, turn right for Llansteffan. Follow the B4312 road for about 7 miles until you reach Llansteffan. Continue to the centre of the village, where you will pass the village shop on the right, then the two pubs on the village square on the right - The Castle Inn with it's outdoor seating area and The Sticks Hotel.  Turn left into the junction opposite the two pubs onto Church Road - you'll see the church on the right hand side. Follow the church wall for approximately 100 yards and Orllwyn is the first house on the right.
